Clothever Refund and Returns Policy

Clothever, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Returns Process:

1. Initiating a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Clothever error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for half of the original payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
